Welcome to Link Exchange Watch!

There are over 500 million web searches every day, and four out of five people are using Google to find products and services. 95% of searchers do not look beyond the first 2 results pages. If you are not ranked at least top 20 in Google, you DO NOT EXIST! Most search engines rank your website based on link popularity (the number of links pointing to your website). Google’s algorithm (PageRank) uses link popularity as its most important factor. Yahoo, AltaVista, MSN, Inktomi and others also use link popularity in their formulas. However, not all links were created equal! Relevant links are used by the search engines to match a searcher’s key phrase to the content of a web page. What most webmasters don’t understand is this simple truth: link popularity is absolutely useless if the links are not RELEVANT to your key phrase!
